Things that are often covered in a general health consultation include:
- Diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses like malaria
- Urinary tract infection
- Coughs
- Diarrhoea
You can walk in to one of our clinics with or without an appointment. Our reception staff will take a look at your client record and book a slot for you to see a doctor.

What happens during a general health consultation?
During your session a doctor will review your full medical history and give you a clinical examination. They will then provide treatment and advice based on your clinical diagnosis.
If you have medical insurance, the details of your policy are recorded on your chart after validation. If authorisation is required, we’ll contact your insurance company for approval.
What happens after a general health consultation?
The doctor will determine whether you need a referral to a specialist or not, and make any necessary arrangements.
They will also arrange an appointment for review of your diagnosis, if needed.
